SealMaxx Concrete Sealant process creates a permanent, watertight bond effective against moisture, salts, acids and oils while providing protection against pitting, spalling, scaling and peeling of the concrete. First we deep clean the concrete substrate to remove any existing topical sealants and dirt. The SealMaxx Concrete Sealant is then applied following the deep cleaning process. The rinse water serves as the catalyst to carry the SealMaxx Concrete Sealant deep into the concrete. The water evaporates and the SealMaxx Concrete Sealant begins to crystallize within the concrete substrate attaching to the limestone which creates the internal bond that had increased the strength of concrete in excess of 21%. this application is guaranteed for 25 years! We allow the concrete to dry for 24 hours and return to apply the PWS2000 Moisture Barrier product. This product is available in clear or with “Color Enhancement”. This pure silicone product is guaranteed to keep your concrete water tight for a minimum of 5 years.
