SealMaxx Concrete Sealant process creates a permanent, watertight bond that provides permanent protection against deterioration. First we deep clean the areas to remove any existing topical sealants and dirt. The SealMaxx Concrete Sealant is then applied following the deep cleaning process. The rinse water serves as the catalyst to carry the SealMaxx Concrete Sealant deep into the substrate. The water evaporates and the SealMaxx Concrete Sealant begins to crystallize within the masonry substrate creating the internal bond which will significantly increase the strength of the substrate. This application is guaranteed for 25 years! We allow the masonry to dry for 24 hours and return to apply the PWS2000 Moisture Barrier product. The pure silicone product that will leave the masonry water tight for a minimum of five years.
